You can use a cleaner to clean the spot, but make sure that you avoid using a cleaner with ammonia since cat urine contains ammonia and it won’t help with the smell. Be sure to test any cleaner on a small spot to make sure it works and doesn’t damage your carpet.

We use a mild pre spray as a cleaning agent then extract (rinse) with a very hot (225-250 degrees) reverse osmosis water, a highly filtered water that is pure clean and residue free. That allows us to use less chemicals in your home.

No chlorine or anything!!

Why does that matter?

No residue means your carpet will not re-soil fast.

It also allows for a more thorough rinse because we are not adding any chemicals during the rinse process.
